Because we create each item by hand after your order is placed, please allow 7–10 working days for your order to be processed and prepared before dispatch. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare and wellness products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. This policy helps us maintain the highest hygiene standards and ensures each customer receives freshly made, untouched goods. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll gladly assist.

Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order, as we begin preparing your batch shortly after. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
